For Rs. 23.999 you will get 46 mm black variant with metal strap.The main difference between the feamale and male variant is, women variant is having lungs closer to each other and strap is narrow as aresult. Smartwatch is IP67 water resistant but because of having leather strap user is to be careful around the water.
