Intel RealSense Smartphone dev kit with project tango is up for pre-order: Last year in August we have heard about the intel was creating a dev Kit with Google project tango, and it is the first smartphone which is having a RealSense 3D camera in it. The Intel Android phone is now available for pre-booking at a price of $399 on Intel website.
The smartphone is featured as a screen size of 6-inches QHD display and having a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Intel real sense smartphone is powered by Atom X7-Z8700 processor which is coupled with 2 GB of RAM in it. The Google project Tango RealSense 3D camera Smartphone is having an internal storage capacity of 64 GB which can be further expanded with the help of microSD card. Intex new smartphone also support 3D mapping.

The camera feature of handset includes a 8 Mega-Pixel rear and 2 Mega-Pixel rear camera, and it supports Intel RearSense ZR300 camera with Project tango 3D scanning technology. The smartphone unique feature includes an array of 3D camera, which can be used to detect objects and gestures. The smartphone is only available in United states and there is no news on when Intel will begin shipping the dev kits. The Handset is available in various colours like in white, gray/blue, gray/black.
