World’s First Smartphone with Deca-core processor Launched- Zopo Speed 8 is using a MediaTek Helio X20 Chipset manufactured by Chinese smartphone makers. Alongside the Zopo Speed 8 comes with 4GB of RAM at a price of just Rs. 29,999 in India. According to the company, Zopo 8 Speed will be available from Wednesday itself via both online and offline channels.
Speed 8 uses a MediaTek Helios X20 chip which is rumored to be in Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 as well. Launched at the price of around 30K puts it against other popular smartphones in India like OnePlus 3. Zopo has also included fingerprint sensor in its phone and runs on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The main highlight of Zopo Speed 8 smartphone is the claim of it being the first smartphone to sport MediaTek’s deca-core Helio X20 MT6797 SoC. Another feature or highlight of Zopo Speed 8 is rear camera powered by a Sony IMX230 sensor with 21-megapixel rear camera in its pocket. The rear camera of Zopo Speed8 has f/2.2 aperture that to dual-LED flash alongside it. The smartphone also sports 8-megapixel camera its front with a LED flash module as well.
Zopo Speed 8 features a 5.5-inch full HD display with the resolution of 1080×1920 pixels with a 400ppi pixel density. The smartphone in terms of inbuilt memory will offer 32 GB of internal storage and the only Zopo Speed 8 disadvantage or drawback is its non-expandable storage.
If we talk about connectivity options offered in Zopo Speed 8, it includes 4G LTE bands, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, FM radio and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Zopo Speed 8 will be available in two colors only, white and black. It terms of dimensions, it measures 152.5×76.3×9.8mm and weighs around 164 grams. The sensors included in the Zopo 8 includes accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, magnetometer and proximity sensor.
