Samsung Galaxy S8+ Looks Impressive With Its Leaked Specifications

Samsung Galaxy S8+ Screen

The screen of Galaxy S8+ is one of the most sensational features. Evan Blass revealed that the upcoming smartphone will feature a giant 6.2-inch screen. The Super AMOLED QHD+ screen comes with a flat rectangular display. Even if we take into account the curved corners, it looks good for a 6.1-inch screen. The handset comes with the IP68 rating which means that it is water and dust resistant.

Samsung Galaxy S8+ Camera

In the camera section, Samsung Galaxy S8+ offers Dual Pixel rear camera of 12MP. However, the actual quality of the camera will only be revealed after the launch. The front camera will be 8MP which should impress everyone.

Samsung Galaxy S8+ Processor

Initially, we were uncertain about the processor although experts predicted that it will be Snapdragon 835 processor. There were no details in the first leak but Evan later confirmed that it will be Snapdragon 835 processor. 4GB of RAM has become a standard for the latest smartphones. Samsung S8+ keeps itself in the hunt by touching this standard. The combination of the latest processor, good RAM and large screen surely makes it unbeatable in this range. You will get 64GB of internal memory that can always be extended using a normal micro SD card.

Samsung Galaxy S8+ Other Specifications

The leak does not reveal anything about the Android version that we will get with the boxed packed Samsung Galaxy 8+. However, there is every possibility that it is going to be nothing less than the latest Android 7.0 Nougat.

There is also a surprise in the box for all Samsung fans who are interested in Samsung Galaxy S8+. This wonderful smartphone comes with amazing headphones “tuned by AKJ”. If you are wondering about AKJ, we would like to tell you that AKJ is the popular manufacturer of headphones and other acoustic devices. It was owned by Harman/Kardon until last year after which Samsung acquired it.

There are some other features that do not fail to impress us. There is a 4G LTE support to let you enjoy the 4G benefits in the best form. Wireless charging is another feature that makes it an elegant choice of smartphone. Samsung also brings iris scanner and Knox protection into its next generation smartphone.

Samsung is hoping for a big comeback after a disappointing response to Samsung Galaxy Note 7 crisis. You will miss 3.5mm headphone jack with Samsung Galaxy S8+. Also, you might feel disappointed for not finding fingerprint scanner. The home button has also been ditched. We hope that Samsung can impress the users with Samsung Galaxy S8+.

Samsung is hoping to make a big comeback after the whole Galaxy Note 7 crisis. As part of its plan, the South Korean company is rumored to be launching the two versions of the Galaxy S8. Apparently, it will come in two sizes, with 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch curved screens. Leaked reports appear to confirm that Samsung will ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack. Moreover, there will be no home button, and the fingerprint scanner will be moved to the back if any.

The Galaxy S8’s launch was delayed following the debacle of the ill-fitted Galaxy Note 7. Samsung traditionally unveils new Galaxy S smartphone at the Mobile World Congress, it will instead hold an event on March 29 in New York.
