Method 1: Capture screenshot using tab buttons

Step 1: Open up the screen you want to be captured on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

Step 2: Press and hold the Power and Home at the same time until a hear a “Click” sound and a white border appears at the edge of your screen.

Step 3: The screenshot will be saved in the Screenshot folder in Gallery. To quickly access the screenshot captured on Samsung Tab pull down the notification panel to reach Quick Settings and tap on the Screenshot icon.

 

Method 2: Capture Screenshot Using a Palm Swipe

Step 1: Go to Settings >> Motion and Gestures, there enable Palm swipe to capture option.

Step 2: Open up the screen you want to be captured on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

Step 3: Place the side of your hand on the screen and swipe it across the screen from the right to the left or vice versa, until you hear a “Click” sound. Your screenshot will now be saved in the Screenshot folder in Gallery

Step 2: Press and hold the Power and Home at the same time for two seconds the screen will flash and a new screenshot icon will appear on the notification bar.

Step 3: The screenshot will be saved in the Screencapture folder in Gallery. To quickly access pull down the notification bar, you will see Delete, Edit, and Share options under the screenshot icon.

All Other Samsung Tablets

Step 2: Press and hold the Power and Volume Down button at the same time for two seconds the screen will flash and a new screenshot icon will appear on the notification bar.

Step 3: The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery. To quickly access pull down the notification bar, you will see DELETE, EDIT, and SHARE options under the screenshot icon.
